Every staff member is registered and supported to enable them to achieve LDQ Level 2 and Health & Social Care Level 2 as a base knowledge of competance and receives regular training to ensure and maintain exemplary standards.

Each home is registered under the Care Standards Act 2008 and is staffed to comply with the criteria for Registration and the needs of the Service Users.
